Born in Denia, a small fishing town in Spain, Aleixandre's culinary journey has been anything but ordinary. From a one-way ticket to London at 17 years old to training in Michelin-starred kitchens, he found his passion in the fast-paced world of gastronomy.

His career has taken him from Quique Dacosta to Michel Roux Jr., from the toughest kitchens in London to private dining for royalty. Along the way, he discovered his love for Asian flavours, shaping a cuisine that blends refinement with bold, expressive ingredients.

Now, through Aleixandre Sarrion, he elevates this philosophy;

taking catering to the next level. He believes food is not just a meal but an experience; a story told through every dish.
